Sales Tax

Massachusetts Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within Massachusetts according to Massachusetts sales tax law.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will ship most of our in-stock merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges will be $6.00 plus 5.25% of the total amount of the order. Some heavy or oversized orders may incur extra shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total shipped to each delivery address. Ground service takes 5-10 business days. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Returns

We accept merchandise returns for any reason. Simply return the candle in the original packing within 30 days, and we will issue a refund of the sale price of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. In case of shipping damage, all damaged products plus the original packaging must be retained. Please contact us by email to arrange a return.
